Boulangerie Imhoff in Colmar is known for its fully homemade breads, pastries, and chocolates, with a strong focus on traditional craftsmanship. The bakery has won several awards, including the Baguette d’Or, Kougelhopf d’Or (2016), Galette d’Or (2017), and Croissant d’Or (2019). That same year, their croissant was ranked the third-best in France. In 2024, one of their apprentices won the national title for Best Sandwich in France.
