Louf is an artisanal neighborhood bakery in Amsterdam, with several locations including Oud-West, De Pijp, and Westerpark. It was founded around 2022 and focuses on bringing together traditional sourdough baking and specialty coffee in a relaxed, community-oriented setting.
The bakery is known for its handcrafted sourdough bread, which is left to ferment for 18 to 20 hours to develop deep flavors. In addition to bread, Louf offers a wide range of viennoiserie, such as croissants and pain au chocolat, all made using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients.
