Fort Negen is an artisanal neighborhood bakery located in Amsterdam-West, founded by baker Maarten Langeslag. It has become well known for its high-quality sourdough bread and creative pastries.
The bakery focuses on traditional fermentation techniques, with sourdough bread that ferments for around 26 hours. All products are made by hand using locally sourced, stone-milled organic grains, often from farmers in the Netherlands and France.
